Home seekers given opportunity to find out about new Petersfield community

St Patrick's Day will be house hunting day in Hampshire, as Bovis Homes launches a highly-anticipated new part of the Petersfield community.
The local house-builder is opening its marketing suite at 'Beaumont Place' on Saturday 17th March, giving visitors the chance to find out more about the range of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties available there.
“We're really excited to be launching Beaumont Place,” says regional marketing manager, Hollie Lockhart. “We've had so much interest, so we are delighted that we can now invite purchasers in to find out more. Those who are looking to buy a home there, will have the pick of the plots if they reserve this weekend!”
Beaumont Place has been carefully designed with plenty of public open spaces and footpaths, providing areas for outdoor leisure activity. There are a variety of contemporary house types available, in a range of layouts and sizes, all designed to suit a modern lifestyle.
“As well as being able to find out more about the homes, visitors will be able see the location layout and find out about the range of purchase assistance schemes we have available,” explains Hollie.
First-time buyers and existing home owners can take advantage of the Government's Help to Buy – Equity Loan scheme, which is available exclusively on new-build properties. With Help to Buy, purchasers only need a 5% deposit and receive an equity loan from the Government for up to 20% of the property's value, leaving just a 75% mortgage required.
For current home owners, Bovis Homes' Smooth Move scheme can save purchasers time and money with the home builder dealing with the estate agents on the seller's behalf, as well as paying the fees when the old property is sold.
