National housebuilder Vistry Group, which includes Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Vistry Partnerships, is proud to announce the award of a five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation, following the annual announcement of the industry’s customer satisfaction survey results.

This is the highest possible rating that the HBF can grant, and means that more than 90 per cent of customers who moved in between October 2018 and September 2019 would ‘recommend their builder to a friend’.

The award is based on the quality of the property and the service provided by the housebuilder while the customer settles into their new home.

Bovis Homes has locations across England and while construction sites are currently closed, Vistry Group has pledged to do all it can to continue to deliver the highest possible service to customers and remain open for business to prospective buyers under the current measures.

Vistry Group chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: “Being awarded five-star status is a tribute to the people of this business, who have focused on putting the customer at the centre of everything we do and delivering quality homes and excellent service.”

“Now as part of Vistry Group, that focus intensifies, especially during this challenging period where we are striving to keep lines of communication securely open with new and existing customers.”

Stewart Baseley, executive chairman of the HBF, said of the recent survey scores: “Consistently delivering new homes, probably the biggest and most emotional investment any individual will make, in a way that satisfies their customers, is a huge challenge for a business.

“Achieving a five-star rating, meaning that more than nine out of 10 customers are happy with the service provided, is a significant achievement that deserves to be recognised.”
