For serious shoppers the Swindon Designer Outlet offers more than 100 top brands such as John Lewis, Next and Superdry and the Swindon Orbital Shopping Park has more retail giants including M&S and Asda.  The town centre offers many popular High Street brands together with a range of independent shops.

Taking time out

Shrivenham boasts a great range of leisure and sports clubs for all ages, some held at the pretty Memorial Hall. Relax in one of Shrivenham's three pubs, or stride out on a circular walk. You can watch the wildlife at the Coate Water Country Park, 7 miles away, and see the latest films at Swindon's Cineworld or Empire Cinemas. Swimmers and fitness fans can try the Oasis Leisure Centre and if you fancy a day 'at the beach' visit Cotswold Water Park.
