The original company was founded in 1885 by Charles William Bovis and became a PLC in 1997. Today it is a member of the FTSE 250 and FTSE4 Good indices.
With more than 1,000 members of staff working across seven operating regions in England, our homes stretch from Cheshire in the north to Hampshire on the south coast, and from Norfolk in the east to Cornwall in the south west.
Featuring a range of homes from apartments and starter homes through to five and six-bedroomed family houses, we deliver schemes from smaller developments of around 100 dwellings, to larger urban extensions with thousands of new homes and supporting infrastructure.
