If you’re looking to move into a brand-new home, but still have a property to sell, Bovis Homes can help. With Home Exchange, we will purchase your current property, meaning you avoid estate agent’s fees and complicated house (transaction) chains and can start enjoying your new Bovis Home sooner than you think!

By acting as a guaranteed cash buyer, we’ll give you peace of mind by eliminating the uncertainty and stress associated with selling your home. Once the part exchange sale is confirmed, you can rest assured knowing that your new home is reserved and won’t be snapped up by another buyer. What’s more, you’ll even have the freedom to stay in your current home until your new home is ready to move into.

How does our Home Exchange scheme work?

To part exchange your home, your current property must be valued at no more than 75% of the new Bovis Home you wish to purchase. We'll arrange for your property to be valued, then make you an offer based on the valuation.

All that’s left to do is reserve your new Bovis Home and we’ll then manage the entire sales process on your behalf. Even after you've bought a new home with us, we will continue to help with the customer service support that comes as standard with Bovis Homes. We will also arrange for a home demonstration before you move in and remain on hand to help out should you encounter any problems.

What if I’ve already sold my home?

Even if you've already sold your home and are waiting for other buyers in the chain, Bovis Homes could still help you achieve a smoother move. We often consider purchasing properties from sellers further down the chain, just to get things moving and help simplify the purchase process for you.
