Forest Edge is located close to Delamere Forest, part of Cheshire's largest ancient woodland. Now on our final phase of homes, ideally located in a quiet courtyard setting, they offer modern and stylish living space. Getting around
Forest Edge is an ideal location just 14 miles from the heart of Chester and 5 miles from Northwich. Links to the M6 can be reached in approximately 12 miles giving easy access to Manchester and Birmingham. Cuddington train service operates an hourly service each way and runs direct to Manchester and Chester. If travelling by air there is a choice of the John Lennon Liverpool or Manchester international airports which are both approximately 21 miles away.

A trip to the shops
If shopping is a passion, stunning Chester is just 14 miles from the development with the UK's largest outlet centre, Cheshire Oaks a further 3 miles, with 145 stores. For luxury boutiques Knutsford is 12 miles away and the City of Manchester 26 miles, not forgetting the impressive Trafford Centre for indoor shopping on the outskirts of Manchester. For a more local trip to the shops, Northwich is within 5 miles and offers many stores for your every day needs as well as local supermarkets and large shopping centres.

Taking Time Out
You will never be short of places to see, attractions to visit or things to do living at Cuddington. Forest Edge will offer a central park space with an equipped play area and is within easy reach of cycle paths. Delamere Forest is closely situated to the development which is the largest woodland in Cheshire and used by walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers and horse riders. For animal lovers Chester Zoo is approximately 12 miles away and if you are a keen golfer, 2 golf courses are within 5 miles. Alternatively visit Blakemore Craft Centre just to the south of Forest Edge that offers quaint craft shops from restored farm buildings, garden centre, cafes and a host of children's activities. Cuddington also benefits from being situated to a number of national heritage buildings as well as the historic Beeston Castle which gives spectacular views over 8 counties.

From the M6, junction 19

  • Leave the M6 at Junction 19, turn onto the A556, Chester Road
  • Turn right at the T Junction onto the A49
  • Take the 1st right into Ash Road
  • Forest Edge is on the right hand side

From Chester

  • Taking the A51 for 4.5 miles
  • At the roundabout take the A54 for a further 4.4 miles
  • Take a slight left onto the Chester Road A556
  • After 3.5 miles turn left onto Forest Road (A49)
  • Take 1st right onto Ash Road
  • Forest Edge is on the right hand side

From the M56

  • Leave the M56 at junction 10 and take the A49, signposted Whitchurch
  • At Weaverham roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A49, signposted whitchurch, Cuddington
  • After 2 miles, turn left onto Ash Road
  • Forest Edge can be found on the right hand side
